EDIT: Since the last update the Remote Start has been working flawlessly - along with the rest of the app features. Thank you! ------------- Previous Review: The Remote Start is hit or miss! If you're going to put basic features behind a paywall, at least make sure the work & are reliable first. I've had my car for about 2 months now and the remote start only worked 2 times out of maybe 20 attempts (I've basically given up at this point).

Good and helpful overall. Once in a while, there's a brief glitch and will show the lights are on, or a door is open when it's not, then the indicator goes out. Nice to have the ability to check charge and vehicle status from indoors.

Climate not working it says stop and the car isn't on amd the doors locked 🙄 please fix this because it's not free for me to remote start it cost and that isn't fair if the app isn't working 9

Couldn't register as it is already registered to previous owner. Which is understandable, my irritation is that the vehicle that I purchased and own has a remote start feature that is behind a paywall rather than being on the key fob. I won't make that mistake again.

It's worthless they need to put the remote start on the key fob. I can't access anything from the app. Just bought my outlander and was hoping for the remote start for the winter. I hope they fix this.
