One of the worst apps I've ever used. DO NOT GET MOBIFONE. It is a complete disaster. Unintuitive, not user-friendly, inexplicable errors and can't translate in app or take screenshots so can't find out what the error is for, even after topping up. Now have credit stuck and can't use it. DO NOT REGISTER WITH MOBIFONE.

The Vietnam tourist E-Visa came with a free eSIM including 10 GB of data. That was nice, but the problem came after. When it expired 24 hours later, MobiFone texted me with options to buy packages. When trying to pay by credit card, the page kept loading endlessly. So, I went to a shop and topped up 250,000 Dong, but the app won't let me use it. Money and time lost.

It's forcing me to remove network apps I rely on for work. Even after deleting said app still says network utilities must be deleted for app to open. Just happened with latest update. Please don't demand what apps I choose to use on my personal phone. Edit to answer reply. It forced me to update the app, then I started having the problem. So it is the latest app. Why is your app forcing me to remove an app from my phone in order for your app to work? This didn't happen with previous versions.
