Decent tools but no account info. I would like to see the same info as I do on the website access. I believe these accounts should be one and the same. If I had access through the app to my current mortgage info then this app would be perfect.

This app is just a sales tool. At first launch it forces you to choose from a list of local mortgage brokers in order to proceed. You are then affiliated with that broker and, I presume, that broker receives notification of your interest and selection of them as "your local mortgage professional". This app may be useful for those shopping for a mortgage, but it's not useful if you already have a mortgage and are hoping to manage/track it yourself, or try out different payment scenarios.

Very poor customer service from this broker. Dhairya was working on our file. What a bad experience. Poor customer service. Asks to give all income documents, then asks how many kids you have? That information is already submitted in the form, then asks why Canada child benefit is not submitted in two different banks if you have two kids. What a waste of time. Is there a place I can complain about that time waster?

Useless try to sell me mortgage brokers instantly. No way around it. U have to connect with someone. Why I need app for it? Don't use it.

This is not a helpful app but rather a company app for use by its employees and to get new customers to call, with a phone, one of their many mortgage agents. An agent is someone who works only for one company, contrary to a broker who is not exclusive to any one company. The app is useless other than to contact a company representative, which can be done otherwise.
