I have been on 02 for 20 years an signal is very poor 1 bar if I'm lucky why is that I'm thinking of going to another network to se if I can get a better signal

I Can't create account, after inputting phone number a text verification doesn't come through. Another gripe is if you have no signal you can't report it unless you have access to Wi-Fi. So you can only report a problem when you have Internet connection. But I do let you know if the mast near you has issues providing you have an Internet connection

I ama Giff Gaff user with in & out mobile Signal> Gaff have nothing, So as they use the O2 Network I was pointed to serch fot a O2 App, but I cannot ask either provider, so I asked Google Search. Iwas directed to O2 then to Google Play and the so called O2 App was a waste of time, as was your AI It's thick aswell! So No one is supporting UK Giff Gaff Customers? Using brand new Pixel 10x 2!

Impossible to check my network coverage since the map doesn't show place names, therefore is utterly useless.
