The app csn not be used on new android cell phones! Please fix that all tenants can take advantage of the services available on the app. I use this app to create and check tickets, check my rent payments and have had no problems except once when it would not allow me to log on. Since that time, it has been consistently available and operational. It is better than calling the Call Center in my opinion. One thing I wish we could complain about heat and hot water without having to create a ticket.i

This app is no longer working for me due to housing updating their system and so now I can't use this app to log in my info and try to get a work ticket in place.

You don't want to work for NYC HA PERIOD ! You thinking about getting a job working with nycha NOPE!! , it opens the doors for them DIGGING IN YOUR BUSINESS 4 REAL . When I first looked into the job, WOW all these seats was available WOW I was lucky NOPE ! They do too much DIGGING whatever you didn't tell them, THEY KNOW NOW through the job Application, They do Drug test & Background check. Key facts : Your Rent goes up No discount on rent IT AIN'T WORTH IT !

This app is as garbage as the service that they give to us tenants. I usually use the app to report repairs or anything that is out of order. For the past few weeks I'm getting an error saying "You currently offline. Please connect to the Internet and try again". I clearly have mobile data and even on Wi-Fi it still says the same.
