I like the exercises I've learned, and they definitely get your heart rate up. I never received the printable workout that was supposed to come with the purchase maybe it would help. I've been following the plan along with diet and additional exercise but haven't seen any noticeable results. I guess it'll take longer then they say to get any real results. The other thing I don't like is the overwhelming number of emails I receive for weight loss shots that's not what I joined the program for.

The short workouts are fantastic to just do if you have a few minutes spare anytime throughout the day or as an extra to your regular workout. Heaps to choose from.

BEWARE! The start-up is very confusing, and they double charge for add-ons that they aren't very clear are add-ons going through the process. I contacted customer service for a refund, but they denied the refund and said instead they'll give me 2 more months of service, so I guess we'll see how that works out. From what I'm reading with some of these other reviews it seems they have some similar issues with this. Guess I should have read the reviews first before being tricked.

Found an app that is WAY more affordable with all kinds of things to offer. I was forced to pay $55 just to cancel my subscription..... mind you Thursday is the monthly fee..... might as well go to a physical gym. It's a money pit and I do not recommend

Saw other reviews, they have to be FAKE, no way 5 stars! Terrible exercises, all with AI voice and basically just movements you learn in 3rd grade PE class. I got the app thinking it was a one-time deal, and then they charged me $30 the month after (recurring) so I had to cancel and debate the charge. It's such a scam and waste of money and the app is terrible and restarts and stops and interrupts workouts which like I said are basically like bending over and touching your toes. AVOID!!!!
