Workouts seem easy, but they are actually difficult you definitely feel it in your entire body as your working out, and I love it. I have been consistent with it, and I just finished day 9 I have been feeling more energized and ready for my day and I continue to keep doing these workouts consistently. I even got my fiancé to start doing it with me as well, and he can't believe how hard some of the workouts are. But this is definitely worth it if you want to energize and feel good about yourself.

The initial start up was confusing and the way I was charged. But support was fast and easy to understand. I believe it's worth the money I paid, although I wish they were a bit more clear about it. The app and programs are great, easy to follow and navigate. I'm happy with how things are going and look forward to keeping at it. Charged an additional $59.31 a month later without authorization. BEWARE! Now they are trying to tell me there were options for plans. I can guarantee if I had that choose your program when I ordered I never would have proceeded. This is NOT a 1 time purchase of a 28-day program. The workouts are 5 minutes long. This is 100% an SCAM company.

paid for a month subscription after 3 days it said it was expired and won't let me use the app without renewing subscription. Contacted customer service and go no response except saying my subscription was put on pause and to contact my bank
