It's MUCH easier to use than the NDIS app (which frequently crashes), and provides Easier to read details. This app has really helped to see where my funding has gone and for what. I'm glad that I picked My Plan Manager, it's made my life so much easier when dealing with NDIS.

I'm loving this app. I love that I can see my budget and spending so quickly and easily without the rigmarole of longing onto my gov and the NDIS portal, and this can be viewed instantly on my phone, with the security of a code verification. I also get a text from MPM to verify the claims that are being sent to them on my behalf, and they are also easily verified through this app too. Thanks MPM... you've made life with NDIS so much simpler.

App does not load. Website does not load so can't do anything. Also says I don't have a phone number linked to the email address I have. So it's pretty much useless.

Every single time I open my app, it has a pop-up saying there's an optional update. I click it every time and every time it brings me to the Play Store. Once there, it says all updates have been done. Looking at provider invoices you can't look at one invoice after another. It shows the invoice then it makes you go to provider again then find next invoice. Very easy to lose track what you've seen. Would be great to just click through them with a next or arrow button

This app and the MPM website are equally terrible. Very glitchy, doesn't let me do anything useful in it. Can't upload a photo, change my email address, add nominees like my support coordinator, etc. Says I have no plan in place even though I do. It's purely ornamental, to the point I'm seriously considering changing plan managers.

I cannot get the app on my phone. It says every time that the username or password is incorrect, and when I send for another, it never comes. But I can us it on my bench computer, the password that it.
