Hard to distinguish between labels and text links. For example Category is required, and it is written only like a label

Too much work involved to file claims for your own money.

How do you make an app this bad? I try to file a claim, but the app freezes every time. "Managing expenses" seems to be only for your own tracking, but the app offers no explanation for me to confirm this. Receipts uploaded must unnecessarily be in JPG or GIF format (while the webpage version of this allows for PNG -- which my receipts come in). And to upload it, the only options are to take a picture or upload ONLY from the "camera roll" folder and no other folder such as Downloads. Ridiculous.

If you have more than one account (like a medical account as well as a dependent care account), you can only submit expenses for the top account on your list. There is no way to reorder the accounts. The video on how to use the app does not help. Since I only need to submit expenses for the second account, this is useless.
