Since 1 week I cant use in normal way, always freezing or can't sign in at all, can't transfer, cant use the transfer repeating function. Galaxy A53 5G

It was working fine until now, when it asks for PIN to re-enable biometric ID, which I never used. Ok, fallback to forgot PIN, where whatever I do, how fast I enter my damn password it says: I entered it too slow. What??? Now I'm locked out from the app, cannot reach my private bank contact, cannot log in to direktnet web, cannot do anything! Thanks Ruffian! Now you ruined the only working thing.

Update: 3 years later and it is still the slowest app one can imagine. Authorization limit is 1 minute, but you need more than that to login. It fails to run more often than one can imagine, making sometimes even impossible to use it. Today the login takes longer than the time limit, so I cannot use the desktop version either. Does not support the money transfer via QR code.

5-to - 2 -why in case of 1 time transfer to pay for online shopping can't complete the action without saving the account?! - why I can't buy online a train ticket, because when I'm forwarded to app to confirm the payment, the timer already "0"?! - can't transfer money (~€100) to Revolut card, because the timer already "0"? 'Hop you can fix it....
