This is honestly the worst service I have ever experienced. I booked a locker on the 12th with a promised delivery date of the 14th, but the parcel didn’t arrive on time. Instead of fixing the issue, they casually pushed the date to the 18th without any proper update or explanation. No professionalism, no responsibility, and no respect for customers’ time. Completely unreliable and disappointing service. I would never recommend this to anyone. Total waste of time and trust.

The worst customer service I have ever had. Don use this service, cuz if u lost ur shipment there's no way to return it. If there's a simple way to solve the properly they don't do it I had so many shipment the damaged most of it so I don't recommended this service at all
