This is honestly the worst service I have ever experienced. I booked a locker on the 12th with a promised delivery date of the 14th, but the parcel didn’t arrive on time. Instead of fixing the issue, they casually pushed the date to the 18th without any proper update or explanation. No professionalism, no responsibility, and no respect for customers’ time. Completely unreliable and disappointing service. I would never recommend this to anyone. Total waste of time and trust.

A very frustrating experience trying to retrieve my shipment. I was surprised to find the pickup location was a red cupboard inside a mini-market. The process of having to provide a code to a cashier, who then manually searched for my item, was inefficient and time-consuming. In today's age, a more automated solution would be expected. It would be far more convenient if customers could use a code to directly access their packages from a secure container, eliminating the need for staff involvement
