Ek hafte pehle complaint ki thi – streetlight aur safety issue pe. Na koi action liya gaya, na kisi ne contact kiya. Aur to aur, complaint gayab kar di gayi raise kabhi exist hi nahi ki. Yeh app sirf dikhawa hai, asli Kama zero. Public ko lulu banana ka digital zariya ban gaya hai yeh. Nagar Nigam sirf photo Chechen aur ribbon kaatne me busy hai, ground pe kuch nahi badly. Agar sab online ho gaya, to armchair ko kaise paise mileage?

Very poor experience, no action bis being taken on my road and sewage related complain since more than 4 months, and they close complain automatically without doing nothing. Ye sab kewal dikhawe ke liye hai bas. Rewa Nagar Nigam is worse nagar nigam they don't resolve even complain related to sewage, road and health.
