Biometrics didn't work. Liveliness check takes an unchangeable photo without informing you. Genuinely spent over an hour trying to get the chip in my passport to scan and had to give up. What a waste of time

Don't waste your time. The liveness check is a joke. No matter what you do it won't move forward. And after finally getting it to work I had to provide further documentation so the liveness check went back to incomplete. Should not be this difficult to prove myself.

Absolutely rubbish. Asking for information, I provide it, it's verified. Then they ask for the same information again. Take a live picture of yourself, tells you to turn your head, but then you can't see the phone screen, or what to do next. Garbage.
