Severe issue with liveness check, I turned my head left right, said the words correctly, smiled all on a very high quality camera and NOTHING is working! I been trying to do this for 40 minutes now... the personal details and right to work section are fine. However, the liveness check section is garbage

Absolutely useless, this is the 3rd day I've tried to scan my passport over and over without success. Each time I log in, all the other checks I already completed are erased.

Absolute rubbish, you go through the ridiculous process, and then they ask you to set up a government gateway account which you can't do if you don't have a photographic I'D, so you can't get verified! If you're using a birth certificate as right to work you should be able to upload a P45, P60 or payslip with it as that is all that's legally required! This is discriminatory and may cost me the job I was offered! I'm considering legal action if it does!

Biometrics didn't work. Liveliness check takes an unchangeable photo without informing you. Genuinely spent over an hour trying to get the chip in my passport to scan and had to give up. What a waste of time
