Great communication and connection with my care team. Rush itself is a huge step ahead of every other hospital I've interacted with at the beginning of my treatment. The app itself shortcuts many steps and allows for communication between my doctors staff and I. Knowing how busy and valuable their time is, I enjoy knowing I can use the app and save their time, which they in turn focus on us when we are in the office. I've always had complete focus on me when in an appointment.

For some reason the ap does not recognize my device causing me to log in manually every time

The app is designed to require permissions it does not actually need. Rush does not need to know my location at all times, that is absurd. If you try to selectively disable any of the permissions it prompts you to re-enable and won't let you continue instead of just disabling the one feature that needs the permission. I'm giving a 1-star rating and assuming that Rush is trying to data mine patients for profit until it's fixed.

This app needs way too many phone permissions. I'll stick to the website, thank you. Rights to access phone hardware and personal information should be as needed, temporary, and revokable.

System does not save password. Constantly having to change. Total pain in the neck!
