App works once in a while I can log in, claims no network when it's clearly connected. Doesn't remember login and/or account info on device. The lifeline service is good brought my own quality device Samsung A36 5G, this safe link app is 5 years old and showing its age; it sucks. Why are you putting ads in this?

Don't waste your time. I got a new phone and called customer service to get my Sim switched to my new phone, after 35 minutes on the phone with representative was told I needed a new Sim for new phone. Waited all week and Sim came but didn't work. Called customer service yet again and wasted another 30 plus minutes only for representative to tell me they sent the wrong one. Was told I needed to purchase a tracphone Sim package to have my # and service transferred. Very inconvenient.
