I would like to thank and appreciate Ms. Vaibhav – Customer Support, for handling my child Vardaa’s school bus routes and coordinating with us, as well as guiding us on how to use the application online so efficiently. She is extremely prompt, very cooperative, and always helpful. Her quick responses and supportive nature give us parents a great sense of comfort and confidence. I am truly grateful for her immediate assistance whenever needed.

Vehicle location updates were delayed by several minutes, and the tracking was often inaccurate, sometimes showing the vehicle looping
