There is no customer support, just to change the password I have been requesting from a week. While I am already logged in to the app, then why previous password needed for changing to a new password ? Not even banking apps ask that. Reset password OTP is also not sent even when DND is fully turned off in my mobile. Customer service is namesake. Pathetic.

On Android 16, the app freezes on the splash screen if opened from the launcher icon. However, launching via notification works perfectly and navigates to the dashboard. This prevents normal app access and tracking without relying on notifications—please fix!
