If you have Shelter insurance, you need this app. It is well-made and easy to navigate. It has your local agent information as well as the company at large. You can do everything necessary right there all in one place. It has each policy you carry and all the info including your premiums, a payment method, insurance cards, your policies, 24/7 roadside help, and all other documents. They can be signed digitally and printed off if needed. Shelter is an awesome company and this is an awesome app!

I tried to enter my DOB but instead of easily adding my year of birth by number, they want me to count backwards month by month. Don't they realize how long that would take to count backwards 18 years much less 63 years month by month? I don't have time to count backwards month by month. Update 03/03/2023: Thanks for your concern of my complaint and solving the problem I had using your App. I appreciate that you listen to your customers. Now you're a 5-star rating

I'm trying to put the app on my phone, and it won't let me send my email or my password or incorrect I'm trying to start an app on it it won't let me do anything I just created the password and tried, and it will not let me

Can't log into app. Says invalid password or log in, but have no problem logging in through web. I've uninstalled and reinstalled, and removed biometrics a few times. Tried again a few times. Now my account is locked. I removed app, I don't want to mess with it anymore.

They take (on average) 20 mins to send the authentication code which doesn't work, then lock you out of your account

App does not remember login, which could be a big problem when trying to navigate a claim or presenting proof of insurance. Also, this needs a second factor for authentication. That should be a requirement for any app with important information like insurance.
