I booked a virtual appointment by paying the payment. But on the particular day and time no video conference was offered. Calling the helpline number twice I didn't get the issue resolved.

Pathetic service. They ask you to download their app and book an online video consultancy with the doctor. On the date and time of appointment, they will keep you waiting for 2 hours and then say that all the appointments of the doctor has been cancelled, and they will not even reschedule it despite taking payment of the charges more than a month ago. They will neither reschedule the appointment nor refund the payment nor respond to calls, messages and mails. Beware of falling into this trap of
