Won't let me log in on Wi-Fi, which is my only option right now. I can't connect to the network to log in because I need to log in first. How could they make it so Wi-Fi can't log in?! That's so ridiculous!

I have my own new email of softbank why they keep me connecting to my old email address. And I can't get my new password on my Apple ID. Someone is holding my account. I'm just norikai from Rakuten to ymobile. And why I cannot send photo on messages in my iphone 13 ???

This app just load for Phone memory not useful and also I think it is just for Japanese peoples not for foreign peoples because there is no international language.

I give it 1 stars for now because like other costumers who know little of japanese language and can't read kanji we can find these apps convenient or useful were hoping that you can improve it for your foreign costumers, thanks.
