My Stock – Inventory Manager

My Stock is a simple inventory management and stock management app for small businesses, shops, retailers, wholesalers, home businesses and anyone who wants an easier way to keep track of products.

Forget complicated inventory software. My Stock is designed around the everyday stock tasks that businesses actually need: add products, check current stock, add stock, record sales, track damaged products, track expired products and know when stock is running low.

PRODUCT MANAGEMENT

Keep all your products organized in one place. Add product details such as:

• Product name
• SKU or product code
• Category
• Brand
• Supplier
• Unit
• Opening stock
• Minimum stock level
• Purchase price
• Selling price
• Product image
• Notes

Organize products with simple categories, brands and supplier records so you can quickly find the products you need.

SIMPLE STOCK MANAGEMENT

My Stock makes stock updates quick and easy.

Add Stock

Search or filter your products, enter quantities directly in the list and save the stock update.

Sale

Search or filter products, enter the sold quantity and record stock out in one step.

Damaged Stock

Record products damaged during daily business operations without complicated forms.

Expired Stock

Track expired products and remove the expired quantity from available stock.

For bulk updates, you can enter quantities for multiple products and save them together. This makes routine stock entry faster than updating every product one by one.

SEARCH AND FILTER

Find products quickly using product name, brand, supplier or category. Whether you manage a small shop or a larger product list, search and filters help you reach the right items without wasting time.

LOW STOCK ALERTS

Set a minimum stock level for each product. My Stock helps you identify products that are low in stock or out of stock so you can take action before you run short.

INVENTORY TRACKER AND STOCK HISTORY

Keep a clear history of stock movements. Review stock added, stock sold, damaged stock and expired stock for individual products. See how quantities changed over time and understand your inventory activity more easily.

DASHBOARD

Get a quick view of your inventory with useful information such as:

• Total products
• Current stock
• Low-stock products
• Out-of-stock products
• Damaged quantity
• Expired quantity
• Recent stock activity
