copyrights limited or perpetual) from original writers/content artists, to make those contents available for sales on My StoryGenie platform for periods as per the terms of the business tie-ups. My StoryGenie doesn’t take responsibility for any copyright infringements (if it arises) in such type of business
arrangements but will take immediate and appropriate measure to exclude such items from the portfolio whenever any copyright infringement on such third party products are obtained.

Distribution Right–
My StoryGenie owned audio contents are distributable and are available lifelong globally basis their perpetual copyrights.
However, for audio products from other third-party producers, the contents will be distributable and available only till
the time such business contract is in vogue. Tags will mention the time till when such contents are available for purchase
&/or such links are available for downloads, once those are paid for. The audience will be clearly guided by appropriate
tags to help them in identifying the original content of My StoryGenie from possible other third-party contents.
