★★☆☆☆ I have subscribed for 30 days package with free apps. Once data is used up free apps stops. I bought only data and free apps starts to eat up my data. My friends use other telephone company where the package says 30 days. All the free apps even when data is over free apps works for the entire validity period. I tried to chat with help online even bot is unavailable to give your usual excuse.

★★☆☆☆ I just asked them why I was charged from my balance: they said: Thank you for waiting. ((Please also provide the subscriber's registration address and ID card number so that I can clarify the balance. ) why they ask for too much info? I already provided my name last name and phone number. Why you still need all my passport ID sensitive info in the online chat? You think I have nothing to do to give you my sensitive info for a simple question I asked? I will no longer use Team anymore.

★★☆☆☆ So as your ads say-Now you don't have to be in Armenia or present yourself to a sales office to get a phone nr! Get ESIM through our mobile app! -So in order to get this widely advertised by you esim- (which has been available in the whole world for years now) one has to download your app. It's either a total bulls’t or false marketing (you decide). And after downloading the app it requires a registration with a phone nr. How on earth have you thought of ppl getting nrs from all over the world?
