★★☆☆☆ Copy and paste of perfect review used....it was, in fact, a good and affordable service for phones, but now that "Total by Verizon" but their hands on, somehow the service started getting bad, and getting worse every month it passes, and I kept getting recommended getting a "better" pland for a "better" service. I walked away from an account with thousands of them points. Because you simply couldn't get the hotspot data add-onpackage to go from purchasing to the account correctly. I. Ts fault

★★☆☆☆ Company flat out lies and says their plans include unlimited 5g data then send you message through the month trying to scare you into buying more data by saying you're almost out and restricting your data no webpages or apps load. Edit: For "not being an automated reply" the developer reply (that was posted 2 seconds after the review) doesn't acknowledge anything in the review and sounds very automated. Same reply has been posted multiple times, it's definitely automated. Developer dishonest af

★★☆☆☆ NOT SATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE PLAN. WE I PURCHASED THE SERVICE ON A TUESDAY AND WENT BACK TO STORE I ADDED 2 MORE LINES FOR $100.00 WHEN THE NEXT MONTH CAME MY SERVICE WAS AT $160.00 (AZLAN) HAD SUPPOSED TO HAVE FIT MY ACCT TO SHOW MY BILL WAS GOING TO BE $120 AND STILL NOT DONE. HE DECIDED TO TELL ME TO CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE TO FIT MY PLAN. I'M NOT GETTING Anywhere WITH C.S. ON CORRECTING PLAN. ONE C. S REP SAID IT WILL BE $140. AND THIS STILL NOT SHOWN WITH THE ONLINE PAYMENT. I VERY 😠
