★★★★★ Intuitive, easy to use. Way more pleasant and effective than buying tickets at the counter. Don't forget to make seat reservation for free!!

★★★★★ This is an exemplary transport app. Easily the best in CZ, but S-tier within the whole EU as well. I use it not only to buy tickets and seat reservations, but also for information about trains, stations, delays and so on. I particularly like: * Stability - never had an error or seen some kind of log * Logical layout, natural for first time users, powerful enough for enthusiasts I wish other carriers (RegioJet) could achieve at least 80 percent of this UX. I actually prefer it to the web one

★★★★★ Some things are still in Czech like train composition. This is of no grave importance to me, but for a non-Czech speaker it might. Other than that, an addition of a map to display connections would be greatly appreciated. Meaby a collaboration with Mapy. Cz to bring an extra layer of polish, awareness and intuitiveness to the app? Other than that, no complaints so far. Great app regardless.

★★★★★ Hands down best travel app in Czechia. They add in nice features over time, without cluttering the app. I'd have only one wish - do normal system notifications. Instead of showing you the contents of notification, they just transfer you into separate notifications section of app where you can read them.

★★☆☆☆ After the update Google Pay does not work, now for VISA, still... No warning in the app. But payment through debit card somehow worked, so paid a ticket through Visa and guess what, no ticket in the app, no email confirmation or e-ticket, nothing, lost money and now wasting time and effort on trying to get a refund. Why would you feel compelled to break what was a perfectly working app?!

★★☆☆☆ The train broke down, they didn't bother to inform us, the display was showing a message that we will have to pass through "unplanned" station. After an hour of sitting in a carriage with air conditioner off since we stopped, I went through couple of carriages until I found a steward and asked her if we are delayed or broken. She said we're broken and there's another train in an hour. I missed my connection train because of this, and they refuse to refund the ticket for the missed connection.
