My Transit Manager is a smartphone app that enables para transit users to monitor the status of their trips in real time. It also provides the ability to track where the user’s vehicle is on the map, automatically receive text alerts of when their bus is about to arrive, if it is running late, and even if it’s waiting outside their door. Excellent App For Keeping Tabs On Your Rides. I have a younger Special Needs brother in Milwaukee, WI who takes the Transfer bus system to and from work. Only used the app a few days, but it is great for keeping tabs on rides. I set things up so we both get notifications on our mobile phones. Get text msgs when bus is 10 minutes from pickup or drop-off. Provides log of past and future trips. Helps my brother know when he needs to be ready to go. Excellent app so far!

Fixed the dropped rides after 10 pm.yay! It's good to have knowledge of eta for buses. With my ocd I check it frequently. Sometimes the accuracy is off, but at least it gives an idea. I have used info to connect with trivet about bus locations compared to appointment times.

Transfer NA makes no assurance that the app transmits accurate, real-time updates on the client's CCCTA LINK Para transit booking, and seems to have no intention to rectify the issue. This creates terrible confusion and hardship for clients who already find adapting to changing situations challenging, and rely on written communication (text) to understand expectations. The app is one hand not knowing what the other hand (shuttle) is doing, even when GPS tracking/updates are the norm on rideshare.

When I installed this app months ago, but it hasn't worked for weeks! Every time you open the app now it closes immediately. For now, I uninstall it and find another app or check back in another couple of weeks. So disappointed!

The app isn't navigable on Android 15. The bar at the bottom is overlapped by the navigation bar and the refresh button is all the way up in the notification bar under the battery level.
