Looks like you need to have your account / loan set up prior to using the app. It works perfect for me.

Not a great user experience. Logging in isn't always easy, and will randomly get logged out. As of recently, when I try to log in the app just immediately crashes, so it is completely unusable.

Terrible app. Straight from the get go you have to give your name and last of ss just to get to the page where you can put in your login info. You have to do this every time you log in. Useless
