it's a good app always have good success with everything I like the early payment when it happens thst is a little tricky I guess but for every thing else real pleased with it good job now maybe some early payments that would be nice I give this app a if you want an APlus well ill just leave it at that

So far so good, I would really like the app to improve on letting you know what day to expect the paycheck to hit your account. Supposed to be a couple of days earlier than the work payday but not always.

Updating info and ordering a new card has been difficult.

No one speaks English. Over an hour on the phone getting transferred to multiple people and having to give all my personal information to a new person that doesn't speak English every time is outrageous. My call got dropped 4 times and every time had to restart the process with a different person that also doesn't speak English. Not worth the hassle im deactivating my account with vault as soon as customer service lets me. 0 stars

Worst bank out there. They don't pay early. The card didn't work half the time even though there is no damage, and I am on my second card. The card only works after wiping the chip time and time again. Customer service might as well be called customer harassment. Everyone you speak with will have an Asian accent and can't understand anything said by an American. They refuse to help with anything. You have to reset your password every time you log on to the app. Any other option is better.
