it's a good app always have good success with everything I like the early payment when it happens thst is a little tricky I guess but for every thing else real pleased with it good job now maybe some early payments that would be nice I give this app a if you want an APlus well ill just leave it at that

The worse experience in a long time. You ask for a supervisor they put you on hold for 15 minutes you call back, and it automatically puts you on hold tells you the wait time is 1 minute, and you're still on hold 11 minutes later. 05/01/2026.

Scammers/ thiefs flat out awful, they don't mail too po box. Which you mean if you live in the country you aren't able to get your card when you call to do exactly what they say/ ask your account is shut down for "security" so I opened a checking account and all you want to do is transfer your money they need 5 business days just to tell you about security again after they put you on hold 5 times. Point is do not use this company/bank absolutely nothing gets done by them or their customer service

No one speaks English. Over an hour on the phone getting transferred to multiple people and having to give all my personal information to a new person that doesn't speak English every time is outrageous. My call got dropped 4 times and every time had to restart the process with a different person that also doesn't speak English. Not worth the hassle im deactivating my account with vault as soon as customer service lets me. 0 stars
