Visual voicemail has made easy access for everyone to make calls and receive calls

After weeks of dealing with an "activation error", I was finally able to get the app working. But now it won't let me delete voicemails. I get dozens of spam voicemails every day, and when I try to delete them to avoid my inbox filling up I get "refresh failed" which doesn't even make sense. Terrible app through and through.

Can't activate visual voicemail nor get ahold of any customer service agent

Used to work sufficiently to download and save voicemail recordings after was recommended by Mint Mobile, but stopped functioning properly on Samsung A35 months ago. Multiple attempts to reinstall fails from activation screen. Get error messages. I emailed your help email multiple times with no response. I would consider paying if it works. Can your help technical support please respond to troubleshoot? Thank you.
