The app is not working for a month, I cannot log into my account. If such a big corporate can't fix an app, how do we expect to provide a service? The network is horrible, most of the time it goes out of service even though I live in Tirana and work in the city center. Prices are over the roof, but it is lacking a good performance! Customer care agent are arrogant and incompetent to respond or solve simple problems. Should change the name to Monopoly Vodafone Albania!

I am sad JUTH is gone. There were a lot of benefits there. It was said all services of Juth would be in Vodafone, but they aren't. I want JuthBites, DataMarket, Extra and Unlimited back in Vodafone.

Have had app for 30+ days...it hasn't once worked. I've uninstalled-reinstalled, checked permissions etc. Nothing. I have tried calling. No answer, or automated voice system only communicates in Albanian, even though VF states they offer assistance in English (language issue also applies to "TOBI" i.e., only Albanian language). Finally, called VF UK and explained my situation. Rep told me he needed to put me on hold. I gave up waiting after 38 minutes. VF IT department needs serious help. Lame.
