I was asked to update. I have tried to do that on Play Store but it just says 'Pending'. It does not download. I can not get into the app until the update has completed.

I too got an update notification. However i was notified that update was incompatible with my device. Customer care rep told me to uninstall the app and reinstall it. I uninstalled but could not reinstall it as it was incompatible with my device, so said a notification. The rep told me to start using the website to top up and for my expiry date and time I was to send a free blank sms to a particular number and also to check regularly for compatible update of app.

Useless. I can order services through this but not cancel them. If I want more internet I have to cancel the depleted bundle in SMS and order the new one through the app. It signs me out after a few days and doesnt even store my ID save the password. Yes Karen it is still my bloody phone a week later. It requires me to give a password for a topup. It doesnt store my bank card details. What's the use then?
