Won't work Does not seem to work on my Note 4 developer phone. Just keeps telling me the service isn't running and to reboot, no mater how often I reboot.

It has no instructive, only a + button which lists all your apps and system apps to select. In guessing to give it permissible to use/access them once you select it gives you no info on if it needs your permission to use them. On to5 of that you have no icon to connect any devices. I believe this is a fake app oder to gain access to your phone system.
