I love to have an app for my library access, so convenient, and it's designed well! The only annoyance is that it doesn't tell me how long an item is on hold for, it would be really great if it showed that. It occasionally logs me out for no apparent reason, but otherwise there's never any glitches or issues.

My family and I use this app weekly to place hold on books. It works great, we get them very quickly most of the time. I also use it in place of the physical card to sign books out. My only comment would be the search feature doesn't remember your previous searches, which would be useful as I frequently search for the next in a series. But that is a minor quibble.
