It's a good app It's simple. Takes a little getting used to and can be cumbersome, but it helps to organize your workout and keeps track of everything. Only been buggy once in 3mos of use and that may have been my phone not the app.

I like keeping track of my workouts. Seeing my lifting weight increase each week is very helpful; as well as seeing my plateaus, so I know when to change my program. Adding different workouts with the option of a pic for reference is nice. Thanks for making this app.

Buggy On my Milestone2, I get a thick black bar across the screen and need to quit and restart the program so that it goes away Also when correcting some text the back button, adds new words instead of deleting and so have a lot of problems if I need to correct something Shame as it seems a good program
