All I can say is hands down the best customer service ever. I've used several different ELD in my carrier and My 20 is by far the easiest ELD to work with and most reliable. Any time I did have a minor issue 1 call to customer service and issue was fixed.

Smallest, least expensive, best working app for truckers. Save yourself from the headache of other ELD providers. The service is unlike anything in trucking... think Chick-fil-A for truckers. Very happy with My20!

Once again it's my fault for not downloading the new version that I'm magically supposed to know to download. Then the password reset link is for the tower and not the app. This too will be my fault. Others have raved and loved this app. For me, it has been trouble from Day 1 and always comes back to something I did wrong and not the app itself.

Constantly disconnects and then there is missing data. Don't like this ELD. It also recaps on the 8 day 70 hours to the exact minute instead of at midnight, so it always looks like you're short in your hours for the day. I've complained about this, but it doesn't get fixed. Time to find a new provider to start 2022.

Randomly tracks miles even missed a month of miles on my ifta report I can understand any device having issues but when I reached out to customer service they sent me an update and said they would call me back in 10 minutes that was 7 hours ago I'm glad I only waited 30 minutes for the call that never came and the update never downloaded IDK no customer service to help with the issue

Randomly logs me in on/off duty when I am actually driving. I have to edit my logs every day for inaccurate entries. I have failed 4 logbook inspections this year for inaccurate entries. I have worked with support all year, but there is no fix. I will switch to a different eld soon.
