App doesn't connect to my Samsung health tracker. The app also reset once some it linked to my food tracker, and last but not least, it froze, and once it restarted, it doesn't notify me when my coach sends me messages and / or workouts.

Needs a lot of quality of life stuff. I should be able to favorite my workouts and exercises I use the most. I also should be able to copy a previous workout to a new day. I feel like my trainer can set up workouts that I can reuse, but I can't set up my own workouts to be reused if this functionality does exist then that just means there needs to be a better UI

It was lagging and super slow typing messages, then it would freeze and sometimes send an incomplete message. Then the option to message disappeared. I couldn't log in in and changed my password, but I still can't log in. Cannot find customer service contact info l. Extremely frustrated, I don't know what to do to fix this.
