It's a great app to keep organized. Booking classes is easy, and you're kept up to date if you are on a waiting list via notifications. Handy for scanning your membership number at the gym and maintaining history of your classes. Intuitive to use. I've not had any technical issues, and it's a great way to receive messages and news from the gym-closures, events, promotions etc. It's also a fair way to book classes so all members get a better chance of attending.

Great for booking classes. Once booked for me, I can't see how many places left and if I can book another person using my app, if I didn't do it when I booked for myself.

I have been trying for days to log in to book swimming it just keeps whirring, unable to access membership card. It is very poor.

Awful! Really hard to book anything. Sometimes doesn't accept payments and I have to call. Other times refuses cards it says it accepts. Really hard to find anything. Poorly thought through. Terrible user experience
