The new update was a bit of a problem but has now been sorted. Was told by a member of the support team to delete the app then download again after doing that twice it seems to work just lags a little bit, but it only starts lagging after 10 mins of scrolling. Honestly I love AD but the app still needs a little bit of work done to it. Tight lines

App is very slow, and the search function does not bring up everything it should. Made a purchase this afternoon on the app, took my money and then went back to check out. Finished purchase on the website but two amounts processed, hopefully one will drop off, won't be using again unless its bugs are sorted. Edit I will try that, if it works, I'll edit the rating. After update app seems much faster, no purchase made on it yet.

I don't know what you guys have done, but you have managed to make the app worse. I can't log in at all, and it crashes when I try to select a category. There was nothing wrong with the previous version. If it ain't broke, don't fix it.

Tried the app as the Reading see store is currently closed. It's a shame this is a terrible app, tried purchasing items, and it won't accept payment. Now deleted it will go back online and shop around for the items instead.

As others have said the 10% does not exist when you download the app. There is NO option to apply it either and it's not automatic. Just use the website. I have since uninstall it.

Any top angler who promotes this place must not have a clue how poor the digital service is. I wouldn't put my name to this shower. Difficulties with MyAD? Going fishing in a few days? Best forget that MyAD membership, get in your car and go to the local tackle shop instead. Complain? They don't respond reasonably. Charged twice for MyAD? They don't even know! Use the website? Exactly the same. MyAD app - coded like spaghetti junction. These guys are sitting ducks for real competition.

App still mega laggy, and I've installed the most recent one. Still daren't order anything via the app and am I using the website instead due to previous issues where I placed the order but my basket didn't empty and had my payment stuck in the Ethernet. Still, the wife is happy as I'm not viewing the app every day and buying stuff.
