A pleasure to shop with AD the staff are only to helpfully and friendly

★★★★☆ Chris Kane · Nov 29, 2025

Love the app but recently keep getting a red error saying something went wrong every time I try to look at a product

★★★★☆ jordan smith · Jan 29, 2026

The new update was a bit of a problem but has now been sorted. Was told by a member of the support team to delete the app then download again after doing that twice it seems to work just lags a little bit, but it only starts lagging after 10 mins of scrolling. Honestly I love AD but the app still needs a little bit of work done to it. Tight lines

★★★★★ Dave Whiteside · Aug 21, 2025

Great app. From a great store. Save pounds on all the deals on the app. Just scan in store.

★★★★☆ Neil McDonald · Nov 20, 2025

App is very slow, and the search function does not bring up everything it should. Made a purchase this afternoon on the app, took my money and then went back to check out. Finished purchase on the website but two amounts processed, hopefully one will drop off, won't be using again unless its bugs are sorted. Edit I will try that, if it works, I'll edit the rating. After update app seems much faster, no purchase made on it yet.

When you want to click on your wishlist, it kicks you off the app

★☆☆☆☆ Theo Martin · Nov 11, 2025

App doesn't work since the update. Severe lag, app randomly closes and doesn't respond, doesn't allow me to log into my account. Old version was perfect. It's ruined now.

★☆☆☆☆ Dean Cummings · Oct 4, 2025

It's not a very good app at all. You can put something in the search bar, and it can never find it I wouldn't recommend it at all

★☆☆☆☆ Steve Lynas · Jan 23, 2026

App still mega laggy, and I've installed the most recent one. Still daren't order anything via the app and am I using the website instead due to previous issues where I placed the order but my basket didn't empty and had my payment stuck in the Ethernet. Still, the wife is happy as I'm not viewing the app every day and buying stuff.

★☆☆☆☆ Steve Coutts · Jun 25, 2023

App doesn't open. Just sticks on splash screen. Prior to MyAD it was fine.
