Had problems in the beginning with this app but come to find out it was the fact that I had an outdated Android. LOL able to check my schedule for the current week and the following week. Able to keep track of my sick time and vacation time and see who I am working with great app to have for all those Aldi the employees....

Probably the most useless app you could have for a work environment. Doesn't work half of the time and constantly gives you connection errors. Also, good luck checking your schedule because even if you can get the app to function, you'll NEVER get it to load your schedule. If only Aldi would dedicate the same time and money to their apps as they do giving their DMs new cars, it MIGHT be a functional app.

Nearly impossible to view the schedule without the app bugging and refusing to load the schedule.

Using the request time off is very user-unfriendly. When you request days off you either A) have to either put in each day as a separate or the system gives you more time than requested. However, none of the info shows up on the pending page. So you can't even verify if it's done correctly. Or B) put it in 2 days short and hope the system gives you the extra 2 days off. That needs serious help. Giving you an edit option for the request if it's put in wrong would be more than beneficial.

The time off section has been an error since I downloaded the app and no one can fix it. Hard to have work-life balance when you can't request any time off.
