Haven't been able to sign in for months now. The keyboard won't even launch to enter a login ID or password. The only reason I can even attempt to log in is my android auto filling the login info.

It used to be very efficient. It was fast and easy to pay my bill. Now, it either wont let me sign in and gives me error message or, when I am able to log in, it says Up To Date on payment and I know I'm not. So when I try to go and pay my bill, it says no service selected. Beru frustrating. Make it easy again!!!

All of the sudden app stopped working, it let you login but then you can't see or pay the bills, from past couple of months this is happening earlier it used to work.
