Edit: thank you for the quick response! Now it works even better than before. Excellent consumer information tool. Looking forward to seeing it develop into the future. It would be great if one day this would get tied to the telematics data for more individualized scoring. But that would involve insurers actually agreeing on a single telematics approach...FSRA, looking at you here :)

Zero stars. Installed and uninstalled this app SIX times only to be repeatedly frozen on step 2. Scan my barcode, my info comes up, and I double-check it, hit next, so I can move on to step 3, the button disappears, and absolutely nothing happens. Also, not happy there's no in-app assistance - they want you to email a particular address with photos of the front/back of your license. NO, THANKS!!

App does not work, I cannot complete the sign-up process as the app cannot scan my driver's license. Support is asking me to send a pic of my license by e-mail, so they can complete the sign-up process, which is a huge red flag.

Very nice view to get an idea, but in a practically sense, utterly useless. I was requested by my broker to download the app and forward my record of insurance report to them. There is no option to get this info in a PDF or related format. I can request a report online, and it will get to me in 10-20 days?! What is the use of the app then?

Way too many steps. And the apps demand for private info is disturbing. Not sure yet whether I'll use this or not. And it's not cheap: each fob is over $150. And you can't use the fob without having to turn over access to your phone's priveteninformation and your driver's license info. DOUBLE THUMBS DOWN!
