It has NEVER worked in the 8+ years I've been using this. There's ALWAYS errors or files not backed up or permission issues or problems with uploading to a cloud. I'm done with it, and now I'm finally uninstalling it and canceling my yearly subscription! I've had it and I'm done!

December 2022: This app no longer works like it used to. Several years ago it worked great. Now it cannot see the current backups it has created, even though I can see the files. I have repeatedly carefully followed the instructions of how to point the software to the backup file location, and it keeps saying there is no backup there. Time to find another backup app.
