The app contains our personal information, so we trust that it is fully secured. It would also be beneficial to include a ‘Chat with Admin’ feature or a dedicated communication section, allowing users to directly contact the admin for app-related issues, updates, or any support needed. So that we don't have to wait for cue on call, or it will be beneficial for Bhutanese living abroad to inquire their queries via chat button.

Could not log in after registration. I tried pin reset twice. Pin reset seems to work, however after resetting, cannot log in.

May be good but I don't know how it works & help me. Very hard to set your app begning that DoB should make easy by scrolling that your app setting of DoB is very much taking time

The App is more not comfortable as earlier one. In previous app once cmps done for going outside Bhutan & then while returning back same cmps was able to use while returning without having to do kind of stuff like screenshot, but now there's no such options
