Worst application, after successful payment also, it showing nothing, keeping people without electricity

On 18th August there is power cut whole day. Power came at night for one hour and cut off again as it began to rain. Surprisingly the electricity bill (Prepaid) cut was 60 rupees on that day, normally even when there's electricity for whole day, the bill only cost 25 to 30 rupees in a day. AP DCL is scamming people.
