All you can do is just recharge. The services are pathetic. No matter whatever complaints you raise they would simply mark as resolved on yhe go without solving the issues I WISH THERE WAS A PVT COMPANY OFFERING US QUALITY ELECTRICITY SERVICES

My solar plate producing electricity according to its capacity correctly but my bijulee app not showing correct units of my electricity production So I have to pay bill extra... I think AP DCL stoling my electricity. I request you to update my electricity production with your App as soon possible.....

The app itself is ok, but the officials behind it probably are not. Recharged for 1000, money deducted but not credited to the app. Their customer care numbers exist only on paper.
