I love the MyBILH Chart! You can communicate with your entire healthcare team, check messages from providers, order refills on your medication, and you can even look over your health chart to see how your health has changed over time. Plus much, much more. Anyone who has a chance to get MyBILH should definitely do it!

Today I have been able to set up Mobil chart finally with some help with the number listed to call and I did. It was so helpful. I used it for the first time today and I just love it. Now I do not have to call to get in touch with my card team and be on hold for half hour before someone pickup less stress for me. I am happy I'm to.

It can be horrifying finding diagnostic results without a medical professional available to interpret. I was notified of TWO separate cancer diagnosis through MyBILH. It was downright terrifying. Would not recommend unless you're a masochist. I am pleased with my doctors and surgeons care, but their support staff aren't able to keep up with all the info available in MyBILH.

This app does not meet my needs. You can't initiate a message or request an appointment with anyone who is not on your care team. My care team consists of random doctors I've never met. And my own doctors do not show up in my care team. I called for help adding my docs but was told that I had to call each of my doctors one by one and have them opt in. Some of them did not know what I was talking about. Meanwhile, a checklist of follow-up tests that I have done still show as pending (no fix).

The old BI app was much easier to navigate. Not everything you want to see is available, like upcoming appointments. I hope this is a work in progress and not yet complete.
