Great app. But obviously you have to have THIS insurance to use it. My BCBS is a TX policy, it keeps me updated on where my deductible is. Which is great when you are going in for something and need to know. As long as I have my phone I have a copy of my cards. I'm older so I have a physical copy. But it's a nice feature. You can also look up benefits and there is always a do you need to talk to someone, and it will call them.

Won't let you log in. Seems to log in fine then takes you back to the login screen where your username and password are autofilled. Hit login again. It thinks for a while and then brings you back to the login screen. Useless

Disappointing for new app just launched. Included only portion of my meds and unable to edit them. Listed several I'm no longer on. Had wrong number for my pharmacy. Buffered during my review. If you can't edit the info, then it is completely unnecessary. BCBS wasted money having this app developed. Also, could not close reminders/windows which blocked my view of screen. Uninstalled 15 mins after installing it.

Not only do you have to log back in EVERY time you temporarily leave [under 5 minutes] or close the app, the "Compare Prices" option does not work. Considering the app is for those covered through Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas [referred to as "members"], there should not be different prices for different pharmacies. The insurance publishes alleged set co-pays, and although they do NOT always follow it, member cost is not cash pay and therefore should NOT vary.
