I thought about giving this app 1 star, because I have had nothing but bad technical experience with it. Constantly needing technical support. I couldn't log in, it lost my login ID, had my name be somebody else's (my partner) and data that I inputted was deleted. I'm sure it's been a frustration point for the people who are using it, because they keep saying that there have been a lot of complaints regarding the app too. However once you're in the app it's very user-friendly. Hints 2 Stars.

I was able to install on my phone BUT now won't let me download onto my laptop, Lenovo. I will need this to attend online meetings!
