Very bad experience I recently enrolled in a My Captain course and made a partial payment via Imarticus Learning. However, I decided not to continue within a very short time and have not accessed any course content or services. I requested a refund immediately and also raised a complaint with the National Consumer Helpline, but I have not received any proper resolution yet. The refund policy was not clearly communicated at the time of payment, which is disappointing. I request the team to kindly

I enrolled in My Captain and paid ₹4,000 for only three courses, while many other students received up to twelve courses for the same amount. This raises serious concerns about fairness and transparency. More importantly, we were clearly informed that upon completion of the course, we would receive four certificates, including an NSDC certificate, which was the main reason many of us enrolled. Now, after completing the program, we are being told that there is no separate NSDC certificate is given

I attended the business communication course in the month of june and I was supposed to receive my LOR within the same month, its already mid-August, and they STILL haven't reviewed my tasks and I am yet to receive the LOR despite letting the facilitators know about it multiple times but no action has been done. DON'T WAST YOUR MONEY GUYS

This institute is doing nothing but looting innocent people under the guise of education. Before joining, they feed you grand, fake promises about quality training and support. The moment you pay, all promises vanish, and you are left completely stranded. Their biggest trap is the "No Cost EMI" option. Do not fall for it! They use this scheme to lock innocent students and parents into aggressive loan agreements, ruining their financial peace. So many candidates are currently suffering mentally
