I can't upload anything I have to be using the website and the feature that says chat with hardly support every respond as soon I get my packages closing my account with u guys ... you all are not ready

My experience with this company was extremely unpleasant. I was incorrectly charged additional fees on more than one occasion and on the second instance of this I went in-store to inquire about the charge. The store personnel were also unpleasant and dismissive towards my inquiry. 0/10 do not recommend doing business with these people.

Customer service is bad. Been waiting for my package for over 3 weeks. Called customer service several times I was out in queue for 10 minutes, and they said they will call back but no call back. I am still waiting, and I have no idea which sorting facility it is and no other alternative to get it.

She never seemed like she wanted to be at work I greeted her, and she never responded also she tapped my card three times without asking me luckily the tapping option wasn't working..... I got my package and was happy regardless
