From time to time the app just won't open. It just stays on the front screen that days My cart express and nothing else. I've been trying to open the app from yesterday. This has happened before.

It's saying o should update, and I'm not seeing where I should update in the play store, and now I have way of keeping track of my shipment because I can't access the app on the phone

Poor, it opens when it feels like when I click on it it hardly opens I cant get to view my packages and check to see when they arrive.

She never seemed like she wanted to be at work I greeted her, and she never responded also she tapped my card three times without asking me luckily the tapping option wasn't working..... I got my package and was happy regardless

I can't open the app with my password, even when it's 100% correct, it's telling me that my password has an error, but yet, I can access via the web. Because of that, this company wants to hold onto my package for something that I already paid for. They even charged me more onto of that for my package, saying the MCE# is missing when on the invoice, the MCE# is on it. This is a tedious service that they are providing, I am therefore disconnecting my service with them and taking it elsewhere.
