Signed up in December and canceled the same day. I've tried canceling multiple times since through their portal and app, but their system is broken. Now it says "account not found" while they still tried to bill me twice today. This company makes it deliberately difficult to cancel subscriptions. They prey on people looking for AI then trap you with recurring charges even after you cancel. I've already had to get my credit card replaced twice because of them, and here we are again.

No tryout = lame. Uninstalled. If you believe in your app there should be a trial or tryout to see if it is worth a subscription, no option to see if it works, not worth any money imo. Be well.
