MyChef FoodSafety

MyChef FoodSafety helps restaurants, professional kitchens and hospitality teams record their daily food safety checks in a simple and structured way.

Replace paper checklists with digital records and keep all important information in one central location.

With MyChef FoodSafety, you can:

• Record and complete cleaning tasks
• Register temperatures for refrigerators and freezers
• Measure cold and hot food products
• Manage suppliers
• Carry out delivery and goods-receipt checks
• Record deviations and corrective actions
• Add photographs as evidence
• Review records in the activity log
• View completed checks and measurements
• Prepare information for audits or inspections
• Work with multiple users and locations, depending on your subscription

During a delivery check, you can record information such as the supplier, product, temperature, packaging, expiry date, allergen information and any identified deviations.

Every record includes a date and time. This makes it clear which checks were completed, when they were carried out and what action was taken when a deviation occurred.

Available features depend on the selected subscription. More advanced subscriptions include additional deviation follow-up, rechecks, document management, PDF export, management reports and extra administrative options.

MyChef FoodSafety is designed to make daily HACCP records easier to complete, easier to review and easier to demonstrate during an audit or inspection.
